Museum To Reopen in 2012

Picture
The Museum opened for a sneak preview Saturday, February 4th for those attending the William Henry Harrison Birthday. We were encouraged by the comments.

Cleves Christmas Walk
We had a lot of visitors come through the museum during the Christmas Walk. We collected e-mail addresses and an e-mail newsletter will be going  out in February or March 2012.
The Harrison-Symmes Memorial Foundation Museum is closed at this time while it undergoes a major upgrade, but will re-open in 2012.

We can use your help. Please consider donating or loaning your Three Rivers artifacts to the museum. Anything to do with the Harrison's, Symmes, the Canal, schools, churches, local businesses, Addyston, Cleves, Elizabethtown, Hooven, Miami Township, North Bend, etc. We want to preserve the history of the Three Rivers communities and make the museum a benefit to everyone. Besides your artifacts we need showcases and financial support.

And we need researchers and writers. We can suggest a topic we need help with or pick one of your own. Just let us know you would like to help.
